Professional Communication consists of three concentrations: journalism and media communication, corporate communication, and digital media management.
All of these concentrations are highly marketable and relevant in today's job market. Some of the positions that recent graduates hold include newspaper reporters, public relations practitioners, social media managers, and campus recruiters. Digital Media Management, will prepare you for a position in digital media including a job as a social media manager, digital media marketer, or a public relations professional with a specialization in digital media.
Offering both face-to-face and online classes, this program can be completed exclusively online.

Projects in the professional communication major prepare you for your career after college and include using social media tools effectively for marketing, interviewing, creating public relations materials such as videos and press releases, and much more. Our exciting internship program has allowed some recent students to work with organizations such as The Red Cross, chambers of commerce, The United States Congress, and various television studios. All of this experience leads to SUCCESS outside of the classroom!
