Building Explosion

 
In the event of a building explosion or similar emergency, do the following:
  • Immediately take cover under tables, desks, etc., which will provide protection from falling glass or debris.
  • Call 9-1-1.
 
Give the emergency dispatcher the following information:
  • Location
  • Area where explosion occurred
  • Cause of explosion (if known)
  • Injuries (if known)
 
Evacuate the area as soon as possible- and as long as it is safe to do so. Follow building evacuation procedures.
