Employee Services serves as a strategic partner to supervisors and an advocate for all employees. It is our commitment to provide professional and consistent information and services in the following areas:

Human Resources
Recruiting & hiring, training, organizational development, communication development, performance management, coaching, policy recommendation, salary and benefits, team building, employee relations, leadership.

Payroll
Providing accurate and timely compensation, Ensuring all benefits are correctly deducted and reported appropriate agencies, maintaining employee earnings and payroll records, and ensuring compliance with University, State, and Federal rules and regulations.

Grants
Assist faculty and staff with proposal budget preparation, proposal review, award negotiation and financial administration of extramural support according to sponsor regulations and guidelines.
