Students now have the ability to CHAT LIVE with an Enrollment Services representitive and VCSU's own Viking Ambassadors. Whether you are in school researching during your study hall or at home with questions during a snow day, VCSU's Enrollment Services Office is available.

Our newest VCSU Freshman Class has officially moved in and started their first year of classes. Keeping up with our newest move in tradition, students and their families were fed by our faculty and staff at our hot dog stand. Even our President, Dr. Steven Shirley, helped serve the students! Who wouldn't want free food after making several trips from the car to the dorm, from the dorm to the car, from the car to the dorm...?Although construction was obvious by McCoy Hall, VCSU's own Viking Ambassadors were there to lend a hand in carrying boxes, directing traffic and welcoming students and families. WELCOME CLASS OF 2014 ! VIKING VISIT DAYS are Around the Corner
Would you and your friends and/or parents like to come find out more about Valley City State University? We have a Viking Visit Day set up for Saturday, October 16th at 9 am. This is a fun, no-pressure way to come check out the campus, meet students, professors and admission counselors. There is also a home football game against Dakota State in the afternoon. Can't make it to the Viking Visit Day on October 16th? No problem. The second Viking Visit Day is set up for Saturday, November 13th. You can also sign up to come visit any weekday from 9-3.

We are pleased to announce that VCSU will be starting an electronic Parent Newsletter that will provide parents of VCSU students with updates, news items, announcements and information from the campus. We plan to send news items by way of an occasional e-mail newsletter but will also use the mailing list for important announcements, deadlines and notifications. VCSU will not in any way, share the e-mail list with any entity outside of the campus and the mailing list will not be used for any type of solicitation or commercial use.
