Campus Safety

Making our students feel safe and welcome is a high priority at VCSU. By implementing strict policies in regards to alcohol, illicit drugs, violence, weapons, and other emergency situations, we are prepared for any scenario and can keep our students secure.

Through our Emergency Notification System (ENS), we keep the campus community informed of any situation from weather delays to school closings or other emergencies. All students, faculty and staff are enrolled in the ENS, making delivering these messages fast and effective.

The campus Safety Office and other offices partner together to create resources for students who may not feel safe on campus, and have plans for any and all emergencies. Learn more from our Safety Office and don’t hesitate to ask questions.
