Valley City State University Health Services, with support from Essentia Health, Sanford Health and CHI Mercy Health, will host its annual VCSU Wellness Fair on Wednesday, March 7, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Student Center on campus.

The event, open to the public free of charge, will provide community members with information, resources and services for healthier living, including free samples, handouts, health screening, fitness testing, body-composition analysis and more. Participants may obtain a fair passport, get it stamped by the exhibitors they visit, and register to win valuable prizes, including smart watches and gift cards, among others.

“With the wellness fair—open to all in the greater Valley City community—we aim to inform community members of the great number of opportunities and resources available to help them lead healthier lives,” says Pat Egeberg, VCSU director of health services and wellness coordinator. “This is a fun event that generates a lot of positive energy; please join us.”
