Despite not playing a game last week that counted on their overall record, the Valley City State University Men's Basketball team moved up two spots to number 17 in the weekly NAIA Division II Men's Basketball Poll.

Valley City State ranks in the top 20 nationally in 3-Pt Field Goals Made per Game (8.714) and 3-Pt Field Goal Percentage (39.6%).

Individually, senior Sekani Milligen ranks seventh in the NAIA in 3-Pt Field Goals Made per Game with 3.714 and 22nd in Points per Game with a 19.14 average.

The Vikings moved to 6-2 on the season with a win over UM-Morris on Tuesday and will host Presentation College and Trinity Bible College on Thursday and Friday at the W. E. Osmon Fieldhouse for their last home games before the end of the Fall semester.
