Just as it looked like the Valley City State Men's Basketball team was running away with a victory versus visiting Presentation College, the Saints rallied late in the second half before the Vikings held on for a 69-55 win.

Gus Kueber shot seven for ten from the floor including three of five from the three point line to lead all scorers with 20 points in the victory. Kueber also helped the Vikings control the boards, pulling down nine rebounds narrowly missing the double-double. Dillon Ostrom also pulled down nine caroms in the game and dished out four assists.

Sekani Milligen also scored in double figures with 16 while three Vikings; Aaron Duske, AJ McDonald and Ty Pratt rounded out the well balanced attack with eight points each. Pratt came off the bench to net his points and also pull down seven rebounds for Valley City State.

In all, the Vikings outrebounded the Saints 46-37 on the game.

The win pushes the #17 team in the nation to 7-2 on the season. Valley City State hosts Trinity Bible College on Friday with the game time set to start at 7:30 PM.
