Valley City State Junior Forward Brittany Lehner was named to the Association of Independent Institutions First Team All-Conference, while Senior Katelyn Ralston was tabbed as a Second Team A.I.I. selection.

Lehner led the Vikings in a number of statistical categories including scoring at 13.3 points per game, 5.0 rebounds per game, field goal percentage shooting 53.7% from the floor and free throw percentage at 83.3%. She started all 31 games for the Vikings on the season.

Lehner's shooting percentage's rank her tenth in the nation in Field goal Percentage and 18th in the NAIA in Free Throw Percentage.

Ralston was second on the team in scoring averaging 10.2 points per game. She is tied for the team lead in 3 Pt Fg Made with 30 and was second on the team in free throw shooting at 82.6%

Valley City State earned an automatic bid to the NAIA Women's Division II National Tournament to be held starting March 6 in Sioux City, IA. It's the Vikings third straight trip to the National Tournament.
