The Vikings will face Indiana Southeast, the tournaments 11th overall seed on opening day of the NAIA Men's Division II Tournament, March 6th at 5:45 pm.
The National Tournament appearance for the Valley City State University Men is the first appearance under this national tournament format which began in 1992.
Prior to this season, the Viking Men made national tournament appearances in 1960 and 1965 under legendary Coach Bill Osmon.
