Valley City Lions Club Memorial Scholarship (1994)

One scholarship was established in memory of past Valley City Lions Club members whose lives were dedicated to serving their community and fellow man. The scholarship is available to upper-level students who are residents of Barnes County and take a personal interest in their community.
