Student Information Release Authorization Form A form used by students that gives the university authorization to release protected educational records. 
Alcohol Policies and ProceduresCampus policies and procedures related to the use of alcohol. Included are the sanctions for alcohol offenses, the VCSU Parental Notification Policy and information on Acute Alcohol Intoxication. 
Student Conduct CitationUpdated: 11/10/2009 This citation form may be completed by any university student, faculty, or staff member. In order to be valid, the citation must be signed and dated. Any person filing a citation may be asked to present information on the matter to the University Judicial Committee. Please refer to the Code of Student Conduct for a complete description of the college disciplinary process. |
