Student Conduct Citation Student Conduct Citation

This citation form may be completed by any university student, faculty, or staff member. In order to be valid, the citation must be signed and dated. Any person filing a citation may be asked to present information on the matter to the University Judicial Committee. Please refer to the Code of Student Conduct for a complete description of the college disciplinary process.
