The EBC Fraternity Alumni Committee will present its 19th annual “We’re In the Christmas Mood” show at two performances this season. The first presentation will be a dinner show beginning at 6:30 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 6, at the Bonanzaville Event Center in West Fargo, and the second show will be presented Saturday, Dec. 13, at 7:30 p.m. at the Valley City Eagles Club.

EBC is a men’s fraternity at Valley City State University; the fraternity and its alumni produced 61 Spring Hit Parade concerts over the years, and the alumni committee now focuses its efforts on its annual Christmas production, a music show featuring the Big Band sounds of the 18-piece EBC Orchestra, along with several vocal soloists and ensembles.

Some of the most talented VCSU alumni and area musicians perform in the show, directed by John Monilaws, music director at Lisbon High School and a 1987 VCSU graduate.

Tickets for the Dec. 6 Bonanzaville dinner and show, a benefit performance for Bonanzaville, are $25; call 701-282-2822 for tickets. Visit www.bonanzaville.org/special-events/christmas-on-the-prairie/were-in-the-christmas-mood/ for more information.

The Valley City performance Dec. 13 is open to the public free of charge; no tickets are required, but attendees are asked to bring a nonperishable food item to donate to the Barnes County Food Pantry.
