The Viking offense notched 17 hits in game one including doubles by Braden Raskob-Smith, Tony Forster, Reid Arnold, and Chris Olson; Jeremy Wiebe also had a triple to lead off the bottom of the first inning. Chris Olson and Reid Arnold were a combined 8-9 in the game with six RBI's.

Jason Beilke pitched a complete game for the win. Beilke struck out 11, walked one, and did not allow a fly ball out in the game in route to allowing only one earned run.

In game two the Vikes managed 11 runs on nine hits. The big blow early came off the bat of Reid Arnold who homered with the bases loaded to put the Vikes on top 4-0. Bryce Ingram had a double and Jeremy Wiebe added two more. Tony Forster wet 2-4 in the game while Wiebe was 3-4.

Matt Gottwalt needed only 87 pitches to complete the game. Gottwalt allowed two earned runs while striking out three and walking two in the game. The Viking defense turned three double plays in game two including a spectacular 6-4-3 to end the game.

The Viking are back in action Monday against the Beavers with a double header starting at 1 PM.
