Our Care Team is dedicated to ensuring student success in any area of a student’s life – academic, social, emotional or otherwise. The Care Team prides itself on respectful, proactive responses to concerns about the campus community. Our goal is to provide an inclusive environment where all students can thrive.

Refer A Concern
Fill out the form linked below to notify our Care Team to any concerns you may have about a VCSU student. These concerns can include academic, social, emotional, or any other type of concern. If your concern is an emergency, please call 911.
When to submit a referral:
- If a student is experiencing a sudden, stressful event and seems emotionally unstable.
- If you see or hear concerning materials in class or on social media.
- A students’ response to situations seems unusual.
How to write your referral:
- Describe the situation accurately.
- Avoid including stereotypes, opinions, labels or diagnoses.
