Extended Learning
VCSU offers many opportunities to teachers for graduate professional development, primarily for continuing their licensure. While different than a Master’s program, our continuing education courses can be taken at the convenience of the student. By providing different avenues for individuals to earn these credits, we commit to helping our students reach their full potential.
- Graduate-level Professional Development is provided to help teachers with lane changes or license renewal
- Classes cannot be used to go toward a Master’s degree
- Classes can be face-to-face, online, or as a conference
- All students must have at least a Bachelor’s degree except if they are currently teaching at a secondary or post-secondary institution or hold a Career and Technical Education License to teach in North Dakota.
