This meal plan works for light eaters who’d like one meals in the cafeteria each weekday and the ability to get food from the Viking I at will, or to cook their own meals at times.

This meal plan caters to a typical student who’d like two meals in the cafeteria each weekday and then can go to the Viking I twice each weekend day, or for snacks throughout the week.

This plan caters to students who want full coverage of three regular and well-balanced meals a day, with occasional purchases at the Viking I of light snacks.

This plan covers the dietary needs of a student who wants all of their meals to come from on-campus sources on weekdays and weekends, and would rather eat a full meal than snack.
Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. Mon. – Fri.
Lunch: 11:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Mon. – Fri.
Dinner: 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Mon. – Fri. and Sun.
