Moderna Vaccine Clinic on campus tomorrow!
Just a quick reminder that City County Health District will be on campus for the Moderna Vaccine Clinic, tomorrow, April 21st.
The clinic is from 11am to 1pm in the Skoal Room.
Click here to register now! Walk in appointments will be accepted!
The vaccine is available for EVERYONE ages 18 and older. If you do not have insurance, type in “No Insurance” on the registration form to bypass that section.
If you have any concerns that are preventing you from getting the vaccine, please, do not hesitate to reach out to me or the staff at City County Health District.
