CCHD Vaccination Event on 3/3

Due to a substantial allocation of Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine, CCHD is offering a mass-vaccination clinic on Wednesday, March 3rd from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Valley City Jr/Sr High School Gym.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

CCHD Progress into Phase 1B (in order of priority):

  • Persons age 75 and older
  • Persons age 65 – 74 with high-risk medical conditions
  • Staff and persons living in other congregate settings (i.e., corrections, group homes, treatment centers, homeless shelters, etc.)
  • Persons age 65 and older with one or more high-risk medical conditions
  • Persons age 65 and older with or without high-risk medical conditions
  • Persons 18+ with two or more high-risk medical conditions

If you have chronic health conditions and you’re 18 or older, you are eligible now, regardless of your employment sector.

    • Child care workers
  • Workers employed by preschools or Kindergarten through 12th grade: Teachers, nutritional services, aides, bus drivers, principals, administrative staff, custodians, etc.
