Helping students succeed academically is the foundation of our mission at VCSU. Our Academic Affairs office is dedicated to helping students excel academically and have staff to help them from the beginning to the end of their journey at VCSU.

Stop by the Business Office in historic McFarland Hall to pay a bill, add funds to your Viking ID, or to develop a tuition payment plan and ask any questions you might have about the cost of attending VCSU.

Our admissions office is brimming with energy with admissions specialists who are second to none. Stop in or contact our enrollment staff with any questions you might have about admission to VCSU, transferring credits from another institution, or room and board.

The VCSU Foundation Office supports efforts to improve and modernize campus through fundraising and outreach. Our team supports alumni and donors through programming and other opportunities. Learn more at the Foundation and Alumni website below.

The mission of Human Resources and Payroll is to support, promote, and impact the success of the University through recruitment, development, processing, distribution, compliance and service.

Leading VCSU into the future is our President, Dr. Alan LaFave. With an office on second floor of historic McFarland Hall, Dr. LaFave is involved in campus affairs and joins a long line of distinguished individuals moving VCSU forward together.

The Registrar’s Office is your resource for class registration, enrollment verification, transfer credits and much more student record information. You’ll receive important information about add and drop dates for classes each semester and track your credit count until graduation.

Our Student Affairs office oversees all student life-related areas of campus, such as residence life, student academic services and more. Contact the Student Affairs office if you need assistance with an issue on campus or need a question answered.

The Marketing and Communication office oversees all university branding, media inquiries, and social media and website presences. Contact the Director for Public Relations with any questions or to arrange an interview.
