Students named to Fall 2023 honor rolls
Valley City State University has released its President’s Honor Roll, Dean’s Honor Roll and Honor Roll for fall 2023 semester.
The President’s Honor Roll recognizes students who completed 12 semester hours or more of VCSU classes for which grade points are earned with a 4.0 grade point average.
The Dean’s Honor Roll recognizes students who completed 12 semester hours or more of VCSU classes for which grade points are earned with a grade point average of at least 3.50.
The Honor Roll recognizes students who completed 6 to 11 semester hours of Valley City State University classes for which grade points are earned with a grade point average of at least 3.50.
Valley City State University is fully accredited by the Higher Learning Commission, VCSU is one of 11 institutions in the North Dakota University System (NDUS).
Viking Sports Update
Men’s Basketball
VCSU Men’s Basketball is back in action on Jan. 3 with a 6 p.m. game at the University of Minnesota-Morris. The Vikings are currently 7-6 this season. The game at Morris is their final tune-up before beginning conference play on Jan. 12.
Women’s Basketball
VCSU women’s basketball has a 6-8 record as they prepare to begin conference play. The Vikings have this week off before hosting Dakota State (Jan. 12) and Bellevue University (Jan. 13) to begin conference games.

Jan. 12: WBB/MBB vs. Dakota State, 5:30/7:30 p.m. (Valley City)
Jan. 13: WBB/MBB vs. Bellevue University, 3:00/5:00 p.m. (Valley City)
