VCSU Fall Instrumental Concert Features Multiple Ensembles

The Valley City State University (VCSU) Concert Band and other instrumental ensembles will present a fall instrumental concert in the Center for the Arts Performance Hall at 7:30 p.m., Friday, Nov. 17.
