The demand for nurses of all levels is rapidly growing both in North Dakota and nationwide, and VCSU has a pre-nursing curriculum that provides an outstanding start for students interested in this exciting career. At VCSU, the pre-nursing curriculum lets students satisfy the general education requirements of schools of nursing through such subjects as biology, chemistry, psychology, math, and English. After completing the curriculum, students are well prepared for transferring to nursing schools of their choice to complete either an Associate or Bachelors degree in Nursing. Or, students can keep VCSU as their home campus while they complete either the LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) or ADN (Associate Degree in Nursing) through the Dakota Nursing Program.
