Mayor Dave Carlsrud was presented the VCSU Distinguished Service Award this spring. The award recognizes partners and friends for their exceptional contributions toward the University's vision. President Alan LaFave presented the award. Carlsrud has been a vocal, tireless advocate for the University and has helped establish strong partnerships between campus and the Valley City community.
