Angela Mircsov, M.F.A.
Assistant Professor
Angela Mircsov is the Department Chair of Art and Director of VCSU Gallery at Valley City State University. Her focus in art is in Drawing and Painting but has expanded to Digital Media in recent years. As an Assistant Professor, she enjoys teaching students to pursue their passion and ideas in art. Angela is on the Board of Directors for Integrative Teaching International and a member of Foundation Art Theory and Education. She is actively sharing projects she has created for classes on the website publication: “What do We Do Now Art.”
She has her MFA in Studio Art from Lindenwood University and her BFA in Art Management from Millikin University. Angela has participated in Artist Residences throughout the United States over the years. She has been published in Starry Night “Artist to Look Out for.” She was nominated by her colleagues for the Junior Faculty Excellence Award in 2020.
