Health Insurance is NOT required to be vaccinated – vaccine is available to EVERYONE
When registering, if you cannot bypass the insurance information, please write in “No Insurance”

**Students: Please register for one of these clinics even if you will not be in Valley City to receive your second dose! Public Health is highly recommending that you start your vaccination series now and plan to get your second dose when you return home.
