WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR VCSU?
At VCSU we will continue to follow our COVID-19 protocols, to include:
- Wearing a mask in all campus buildings and at VCSU-sponsored activities. Click HERE (content no longer active) to read all mask guidelines.
- Practicing good hygiene: wash hands frequently or use hand sanitizer and stay home when you are sick.
- Using social distancing in the classroom and at campus events.
Event updates:
- Events with non-VCSU participants and other third-party events will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to host an event is this category please contact Event Services and they will guide you through the proper protocols.
- Athletic event changes will be communicated by the Athletic department. Watch your email/social media for any updates.
Even with state and community numbers on the decline, we need to continue the good habits we have developed to ensure a successful finish to the academic year. Good habits include mask wearing and good hygiene, but also getting tested if you are sick or have been exposed to COVID-19. If you test positive or are a close contact, you must continue to follow quarantine and isolation protocols.
